Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidate should have Bachelor's degree design or post-graduation in design.
- Candidate should be graduated in year 2019, 2020 only.
- Candidate need to have a minimum 50% aggregate (all subjects taken Into consideration) in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears.
- Candidate should have not more than 2 years of gap in education.
- Candidate should have appropriate CGPA to percentage conversion to be considered as per university norms.
- Candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate should be an Indian national only.
- Candidate should be flexible to relocate to any location in India, work in any shift / domain .

Job Profiles :
- Jr.Experience Designer (Programmer Analyst) - INR 6,30,000 per annum
- Experience Designer (Associate) - INR 8,00,000 per annum
- Sr.Experience Designer (Associate) - INR 12,00,000 per annum
Jr.Experience Designer (Skills) :
- Basic understanding of User-Centered Design and design principles.
- Strong attention in details.
- Passion to learn new technologies and tools.
- Creative and analytical mindset.
- Ability to put together presentations driving goals.
- Proactively communicating with different teams and collaborate.
- Knowledge in creating basic prototypes using design tools tools like - Sketch, XD, PowerPoint, Adobe XD, Illustrator.
Experience Designer (Skills) :
- Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces.
- Fluent in user center design best practices and methods.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of user needs.
- Conduct Heuristic evaluation and help to define user personas, journey maps, IA and task flows.
- Communicate design solutions to developers, stakeholders
- Ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion and to receive feedback with open mindedness.
- Work with brand guidelines to create layouts and reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touch points.
- Proficiency in industry tools like Sketch, XD, In Vision, Figma, Power Point
- Excellent communication skill and teamwork.
- Passion to learn new technologies and tools.
Sr. Experience Designer (Skills) :
